At Nous, our priority is to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. We work with trusted UK couriers including Royal Mail, DPD and Evri. Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is always free, with no additional charges for the customer.

All orders are processed within 24 to 72 working hours after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery time within the UK is 2 to 5 working days after dispatch. During peak periods such as promotional campaigns or bank holidays, slight delays may occur.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be checked directly on the courier’s website.

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

📦 Delays or Lost Parcels

If your order exceeds the maximum delivery time or is considered lost, please contact us at helpeuropecenter@gmail.com. We will open an investigation with the courier. In the event of confirmed loss, you may choose between a full refund or a free replacement shipment.

📬 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your address is entered correctly when placing the order. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If the parcel is returned to our warehouse, redelivery will only be attempted if stock is still available.
