🛍️ Return & Refund Policy – Aura Clothing

In accordance with applicable consumer protection standards, you have the right to request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without the need to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within this period.


✔️ Conditions for Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in perfect condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address of our distribution facility


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Aura Clothing cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.


💰 Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Aura Clothing will fully cover all return shipping costs.
